A form of nature therapy, focusing on the therapeutic practice of immersing yourself in nature, connecting with the senses to calm the mind and relax the body.
Scientifically proven and researched by the NHS known as green prescribing, this form of natural medicine really can improve your heath. Studies have shown to lower blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, mood and energy levels, support the nervous system and emotional wellbeing, and enhance the immune function with natural killer cells.

Yoga offers a physical practice and a path to inner peace. Classes combine breath work, relaxation and movement to help connect with your body and calm your mind. Whether you are new to yoga or continuing your practice, everyone is welcome.

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and a trained instructor since 2015. Having had my family and a career in Marketing in Sustainability, I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with others.
Passionate about healing the mind and body, forest bathing has become my latest nature fix!

Lily flowers are symbolic in many ways, representing peace, compassion and harmony. A reminder of inner peace, representing calm and symbolising serenity in a busy world.
A symbol of good luck and prosperity, a connection to nature. A beautiful flower can offer positive emotions and bring joy to your day!
Lilies are my favourite, inspired by the pink lotus pond at Angkor Wat in Cambodia when I was traveling in South East Asia in 2008.
